We are facing the problem which user unable to get a new Sales order no.
The last no. used of sales order sticks in the particular no. and not updated.
Either numbering series logic has been modified incorrectly, or numbering series functionality is incorrectly called from a custom area. You will need to debug the situation and assess where it is going wrong, and go from there.
Hi,
Another suggestion - normally happens with journals - If a user manully creates an order for the next number in the sequence and then the next order is requested from the no. series, you will get an error. To correct simply change the last used no.
