NavServer installation 2017 cu6 and cu20

I try to install nav service 2017 cu20 on my Windows Server 2012 ang get every time follow error at the end of installation so nav service is rolled back.
Product: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 Server -- Error 1920. Service 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server [DynamicsNAV100]' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$DynamicsNAV100) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
no problems when I install 2017 CU6, that was before on that server.
I tried with administrator, different ports, but still same error. I guess MSI installer tries to start windows service but gets error on that.

We have problems with deploying CU18 and higher too. You could try to re-install .NET 4.7 and try CU20 again or you can go for CU17.
