Fields on Sales Order are blacked out

NAV Three Tier
Dear All,
Yesterday, the service for navision stopped by itself. We have been able to restart the service. Since then, when a sales order is being created, the fields are blacked out as per attached image
Please advise.

In most cases like that, try to restart the server/client and install all patches for the OS as a first aid.
