Fields on Sales Order are blacked out

Dear All,
Yesterday, the service for navision stopped by itself. We have been able to restart the service. Since then, when a sales order is being created, the fields are blacked out as per attached image
Please advise.

In most cases like that, try to restart the server/client and install all patches for the OS as a first aid.5 -
