Export to Excel - Password

Hi all,

I have an issue with exporting from NAV 2013 R2 to excel ... all users are set to login with a username and password (DB login) but when they export to excel, NAV asks again for username & password. It does not happen to all users but a few of them. All users have the same version of excel (2016) and of course same version of NAV. Any ideas about this, please?

Please note that I have already searched the forum but the solution was not correct for me since as stated, all users are using the same Excel version ( https://forum.mibuso.com/discussion/58634/nav-2013-asking-for-db-login-when-export-to-excel )
