How to relate TIME and a text box?

Hi experts,

Thanks to all for giving me support in learning this subject, please solve this problem

" I have crated a form with two field:
1. A text box which links up with systems time and constanly updated when I run the form
2 A Text box whose source expr is a variable with Decimal datatype

My problem is whenever the time is between 05:00AM to 11:00PM, the amount should be 100,and if the time is between 11:00PM to 05:00AM then the value in the amount shpuld be 150.
