Sales Order Archive Setting

Is there a setting in Navision v5 to auto archive sales orders when they are deleted?

We haven't written any code to do this, the client has been ours from day 1 a few months back, noone has been trained to archive a sales order and yet there has been a number of occassions where the client has deleted a sales order (which thankfully has turned up in the archive table) and denied all knowledge of archiving it. :-k

When you print a Sales Order, there is a checkmark on the Options-tab called "Archive Document". When this field is checked, guess what, the order is archived.
If you delete the Sales Order, the copy in the archive (if available) remains intact.
