One of my next jobs will be to develop a Call Center Solution in Navision for a Swiss customer who works internationally. The project is scheduled for Oct/Nov this year.
I suggest we stay in touch on a private basis (unless this topic is also of interest for other NSC's in this forum) thus preventing that each of us has to re-invent the wheel.
However, first step should be to compare our two customers' needs in order to find out whether or not a cooperation is useful.
