Service Order not getting Deleted after invoice is posted

Hi,
We are using Navision 3.7 and I am facing problem in Service Management. Some times the order is not getting deletd after the Invoice is posted. What could be the problem?

The service order get's deleted once you post the service order. During posting of the service order, a sales invoice is created. Have you done some kind of modification to this process?0
