How to select the Customize papersize.

Assign it as the default paper size of the printer (you might create a new printer for NAV which points to the same device) and set it as the default printer for the report.

So if you print to either NewPrinter or OldPrinter it comes out on the same printer.

Now change the default settings on the "NewPrinter" to meet your needs (paper size, etc).

so now when you need to print on a new paper size you pick NewPrinter. If you change the paper size back to normal you can then select OldPrinter.
