    Read all the manuals and functional technical guides. Have some practical experience to know some real time scenarios and problems.

    It is very difficult for the forum users to arrange and copy and paste so huge amount of question. Its better you arrange KAZALITE for searching thease question for you.

    Kazalite is a software which will search for your required documents on the others computer who are connected to the Kazalite.

    There is no such a list. The questions depend completely on the interviewer.
    It is for example possible not even a question is asked about Navision in case the programmer does not know Navision. The important thing is that he knows how to program.

    There was some package of project documentation and interwiev questions designed by A/S NAVISION, in old good times, before Microsoft acquired NAVISION. The name of the toolkit was "Navision implementation Toolkit", but it was designed for version 2.0 , but very many questions and documents still usefull today.
