Personal menus to group of active directory

Hi, we need solve this problem. We have a lot of user of navision with windows connections.
We want that for each group there are one menu and Not personal menu for user. Is this possible?
When we put one user in this group of AD, automatic show the menu of this group.
any idea?

Is this 4.0 or 3.x??
In 3.x you can assign a menu to a user, but this is hanled in CU1. You can make changes in that function to fit to your needs.0
