Hi, i have a .#bk file i cant import to navision, i dunno why, but i will be really happy if a nice person can import it and send it to us as a .fdb or
(best) as a pdf is its possible. If u can/will help us i will mail the file to you.
you can import it with Tools/restore, switch the type to *.#bk.
this will import your old tablefields (every field not exists or different type will generated as x_Fieldname, every non-existing table will be generated as x_oldtablename).
you should only use this, if you need to acces the data directly because of the new fields/tables. it is provided as an easy migrationpath from 3.56 to financials, but it is terible to make a "normal" database out of this. one of our employee did this, and i am correcting this database since 2 years.
better way is to export the data from a plain 3.56, and import the needed data in financials.
btw:
how do you think to generate a pdf from a whole database?
