Is there possibility of interfacing the Nav.HR with a payrol

  yes, but I don't feel like giving steps, since it would depend of the system you are trying to integrate, but in general, nearly all payroll services can give you a flat file with the basic payroll info.
  
  for instance, if you used ADP, the largest payroll service in the USA, you can tell then just what you want included in the file.
  
  My solution would be to import the file into a payroll journal, and then post the payroll journal. That way Navision could validate the entires as the journal was posted.
