Another Challenge with Business Notification

In attempting to place a check mark on the SEND NOTIFICATIONS field in Navision to allow events to be raised in and sent in Navision, i encounter this error;
Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation Server identified by GUID={F935DC20-1CF0-11D0-ADB9-00C04FD58A0B}
1.0;{72C24DD5-D70A-438B-8A42-98424B88AFB8};Windows Script Host Object Model(ver1.0).Unknown Class
Business notifaction server was successfully installed but terminates due to the mentioned error.
Please help.

You must restart the Machine On which you have installed
Navision Client.
