When I select a field not come find Box

Hello,
I run a Form (5600-Fixed Asset Card) and click on Lookup button his caption "Responsible employee..", then I enter a table "Employee List" i.e. Employee Table. When set our cursor in Full Name field and then Press Ctrl+F, then No Find box come. I want to search a name in Full Name field. But set our cursor any other field and give command Ctrl+F its activate. I want also come find box when cursor in Full Name field. What will the process to come out that Find box.

you cannot search on Dynamic values returned by a Function.
the search may be done, if the value is Static (or Stored in a Table).
