Response time in Worlflow Setup

Hi,
Has anybody tried Response time and alternate userid in Navision
Workflow Setup???
I have given Response time and Alternate UserId in Workflow setup.
But Navision does not forward the docment to alternate UserId even
after Response time elapses...
Has anybody used this feature???
