I am going to implement Relationship management. I need to know what are the Hardware requirements for making phone calls from navision. Is it possible to record and store phone conversation in Navision? Can we use internet phone facility for that?

Navision used to make calles through TAPI.
configure ur TAPI to make outgoing calls....
H/W requirements is just a head phone with mike.0
