how to set permissions in navision 4.0

Dear friends,
I want to know how to set permissions for users in Navision 4.0

    It is the same as in the older Versions too.

    You have to define Roles and aply them to the users.

    You can find it at Tools->Security in the Menu

    There also pre-defined roles - maybe they are usefull for the start.
