I want to know that when the financial year ends. I want to create new company with the new year and all old openings, etc. So is it possible and if yes tell me how....?
I dont want the previous year's data in my company so in what way i can remove it ? Pls guide me ASAP.....!

You need to get the balances of all your gl accounts. create journal entries in the other company and post them. Ofcourse you have to setup all the tables etc. Use the setup checklist.0
