Error printing a Report

Hello

I have a problem when i print a Report and the resolutin of the monitor is too higth the navision Crashes, i make a test whith the same computer but whit a lower resolution and it works, can anyone help me.

    1) Which version of Navision and which version of Windows do you use?

    2) it is also possible that the printer-driver of your standard printer is buggy. Try to get the latest version of it. Navision uses the standard printer for showing a report in preview.

    Hi the navision versio is 3.60 and the client is using Win XP SP2

    Install another printer of a another type (even if the printer doesn't exist at your office). Make it the default printer and retry to get it crashed. If it doesn't crash with this printer-driver, it means that the other printerdriver has some bugs in it.
    If it still crashes, try to de-install and re-install Navision.
    If it still crashes, try to do the same on another PC.
    If it still crashes, it is a bug in Navision and you might consider a technical upgrade to 3.70B (=only server+fin.exe. Not the objects)
