Could not find a part of the path NAV error

One of the users received a new laptop and is now getting the following error message when trying to send invoices through the NAV application.
Can anyone please help me identify the source of this error and how could I resolve it?

    System is trying to find out this - Please check if this path exist along with the file and user the permission to access this folder.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I was wondering where would I find that path set up in NAV? So that I could change the path to something else?

    it doesnt look like standard thing to me. Is it a regular pdf or is he printing to some system printer? does the preview work?

    if you are a developer, you can debug and see from where that path is coming from.

    as a "workaround", just create the path.
