help with how to create a purchase order with a shortcut dimension pre-populated in the right compan

I need to launch a page in Business central and change the company through the URL, launch the create purchase order (page 50) and have one of the required dimensions pre-populated

I am thinking it would be nice to be able to launch the following URL

https://mybcinstance/Live/?company=CompanyName&Page=50&dimensionParam=123

This changes the company to the right company and launchs the PO page but not always in the edit or new state.

I can't seem to figure out how to pick off a query string param and set it on the page and when I launch the PO page it's not always in the "new creation
mode"

This is for business central 17 wave 2 on premise
