Is there a way in the Classic Client to decrypt files encrypted with PGP?

  You can use an external program like gnuPG's Gpg4win (https://gnupg.org/index.html), and call it from NAV.

  Yes, you can call the program with parameters like this:
  

      Program := 'C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\gpg2.exe';
      strParam := '--batch --yes --passphrase %1 -o "%2" -d "%3"'; 
      Parameter := STRSUBSTNO(strParam, PassPhrase, OutFile, InFile);
  

  
  And call a dosshell to execute the program.
