Merging FR with BE localisation

hello,
has anyone tried to merge the FR localisation with the BE localisation?
what are the difficulties encountered?

    I used to work somewhere and they had like 4-5 localisations in the same database, those were not supported by MS, developed by crap local partners. It was a nightmare.
