Transfer order

in NAV Three Tier
Hi all

my transfer order list is building endlessly with the ones on open status,

question is: example a transfer has 3 items out of which 1 item was not shipped and not received, remaining items are shipped and received. now until not received item transaction is not complete we cannot close/delete the TO. i will never get the remaining item any time in near future, then i do not wish to keep the same shows is if pending from my department. what i need to do in such cases, please advice.

    why you have select that 3rd item which you will never receive.

    Why i have selected the item do sort the issue here, how that one item can be removed from TO is what i expect, how i close the TO from order list is what i am looking for please

    ok as you cannot cancel the order or order delete this order.
    do one thing receive that pending item also in same location.
    then create a new transfer order for only one item and sent it back to original location.
    this will help you in closing open transfer orders.
