Developing reports in NAV 2013

Hi, regarding NAV 2013, do I have to purchase a paid version of Visual Studio 2010 (Professional, Premium or Ultimate) to develop reports? Or will I be able to use the free version of Visual Studio 2010 (Web Developer) to develop reports?

Report builder is not available for pre-NAV 2013 R2 versions0 -
Ah.. didn't remember that. But yes probable Visual Studio 2008 (Web Developer) to develop reports is also free and possible but I'm not sure about anything anymore.. can't remember using pre R2 versions.0
