RDLC: Removing blank space taken for textbox message in footer (would need to print on the last page

Hi,

We have a request from a client to print a terms and conditions extra page on multiple reports (order, quote). It would be the last page of the report on a page of its own with a page break after the total fields displays.

Able to print that only on the page however it's taking the space allocated when the report is not on the last page.

Used a rectangle in the footer to put a textbox with the message and set Hidden to check pagecount vs totalpages and it still doesn't work.

Any idea?
