Login with Windows Credentials, cannot add NUP user?

Its somebody express problem like this, until now.
When I press Yes, and try to login, he give me Notice that User like that not exist.

NAV 2013 is version.

    Then that will be Windows User, not NavUserPassword :)

    When I do this

    After I click-OK, I cannot access with that account.

    is your nav service running as NavUserPassword. Check for credential type in NAV service.
    Run Dynamics NAV Administration tool and check

    No my NAV service is Windows cred, because I don't have NUP cred.
    But when I try to add user with PowerShell throw NUP service, i get also error

    you need to have credential type as NavUSerPassword first in order to setup NAV user password

    Until now, when I try to Add new NUP user, with WIN login, I dont have problem, but now have :(

    For what NAV this is mandatory?
    Because, I have working in almost every NAV, and I can to add WIN user from NUP, and from NUP add WIN user.

    Correct me if I am wrong.

    you can add without problem but users wont be able to login NAV.

    I have NUP Service & Config file, everything working fine, just cannot add new NUP user, and connect with him, I suppose because that mistake what I send n first comment.

    No, still I cannot add NUP user.
    I have WIN user, and I can login.
    But When I wont to add new NUP user, still cannot :(

    because you get that error and user is not created. dont know what to suggest really without seeing.
    try to delete ZUP file in %appdata% and relogin in NAV and check?
