TimeOut on Webservice after 360 and/or 390 Seconds ?

Hi all,
we published NAV-2015-Webservice for an external partner. Connections work fine through the firewall, authentication as well. Getting small packets of data works like a charm.
Now they have to fetch an initial-Load and the service disconnects after 300/360/390 seconds and the transfer fails.
Any ideas where the timeout-threshold is setup so i can look after it ?

But never has so long request.
Use pagination, and read/write in batches of 1000 or 10000 records.
thanks for the reply. I will have a look on that. What still puzzles me, is the strict timing of the re-connections. If it was a record-count there should be measurable variance in time over the internet-connection, shouldn´t it ?
