Quantity 0 in Bin Content

Hi all,

I don't have so much experience in Warehouse especially in Bin/Zone codes.

My client wants to post an Shipment Warehouse and they are getting an error message that the quantity is 0 in Bin Content.
Can you please tell me what it is reason that they have 0 in Bin Content.

I told to them to do an Item Reclass. Journal.

Any advice,

They should do pick and put-away to complete the sales shipment

If the location is Advance Warehouse enabled OR even use of Bins then you need to do Create Pick from Warehouse Shipment to go ahead. You are doing shipping but there's no content in the bin from which you are sipping then how you can do the Shipment.
