How to extend Default table function with type of external from AL ?

Hi all,

Is it possible to extend default table function with type of external from AL ?
if possible can you please guide me !!

    No that is currently not possible.
    You can only "Extend " function by a eventsubscriber. (Extend is not correct, but the gesture are the say)
    For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.

    Hi Sanderk,

    means we cannot extend default function is it ?
    i.e, means what i am trying , in default function 10 lines of code have but i want to add some more line (extra 5 lines ) to that function or after execution of that default function can i extend that function then i can write my logic will it be possible ?
    here i am not subscribing any event !!

    That is correct, you cannot extend default functions.

    If there isn't any events you can use you can request the at GitHub to Microsoft:
