We have purchased a new printer how do I set up in Nav?

  It load from the client at start up.
  After that the user can pick the printer as usually.
  If you need to setup specific report to the printer go to "Printer Selections" in the NAV client and do the specific setup

  Can you expand on
  "it load from the client at start up"..I can't see the printer to select to print

  I should show up automatically when the NAV client start.
  It should be enough to install the printer on the machine running NAV.
  Can you print from the Computer from another application?
