I have a client looking for specific functionality - has it already been developed?

Hi Guys,
I have a NAV client who has asked us for some specific functionality, it makes sense to me that this may have been developed already possibly by an ISV, so I thought I would check before we develop it ourselves. Can you all let me know if any of you have come across similar functionality before readily available?
What they are looking for is effectively a customer portal, linked directly to NAV (they are on NAV 2017) - where their customers can log in a see/view their outstanding orders, and outstanding invoices to be paid, and request copies of those to be sent to them. Having the ability to make that payment online would be an added bonus.
Have any of you guys come across something similar that allows this already, and if so could you point me in the right direction to have a look and get costs? A quick google has not shown up anything obvious.

I've seen those functionalities more in previous versions, most of it can be done easily in latest versions.
