Failed to print customer statement - word error

Hi,

This report is set up to be mailed, using a word report as body - standard functionality.
After upgrading Office to version 2016, from 2013 user get ugly error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV

A call to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Integration.Office.Word.WordHelper.CallOpen failed with this message: Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.ApplicationClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{00020970-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Fejl under indlæsning af type-DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).

    Have you tried go back to 2013 and if you keep having the same issue?

    Hi, going back to 2013 is not a possible way to go, since the server is operated by another company.

    Its my guess, this is maybe MS office corrupted file please re install it and try it agian

    I'll try to repair installation when serverguys see fit, so I'll close this for now
