How to give 2 or 3 Salespers./Purch. Code in user setup table it just takes only one code.

I tried using concatenation ex. 2102|2105 it takes only one why? ple help?

    Why do you need one user to have 3 different Salesperson codes?

    Are you wanting multiple purchasers for a vendor? In that case you can specify a buyer group. These are not directly tied to particular buyers, but with the group of buyers they could belong to. For customers, you can specify a customer group, which could be assigned to (but not directly within Nav) to a sales rep.
