How to give 2 or 3 Salespers./Purch. Code in user setup table it just takes only one code.

I tried using concatenation ex. 2102|2105 it takes only one why? ple help?

Hi,

The NAV-standard is designed to have one Salespers./Purch. Code per user only.
The value of the User-Table is basically a default value which is used when e.g. a new Sales Order is created. But, you are still able to change Salespers./Purch. Code manually.

I wouldn't change it if it is not really necessary because this information is used through the whole system.

Why do you need one user to have 3 different Salesperson codes?

Are you wanting multiple purchasers for a vendor? In that case you can specify a buyer group. These are not directly tied to particular buyers, but with the group of buyers they could belong to. For customers, you can specify a customer group, which could be assigned to (but not directly within Nav) to a sales rep.
