What is Customer Amount (LCY) and Balance Field in Customer Master?

On Customer Master there is two field Customer Amount (LCY) and Balance for some customer this two field are not matching. It should be same right?

"Customer Amount (LCY)" sound like a bespoke field.
Such kind of field does not exists in standard of NAV.
