Our Client has a Zebra ZT230 printer. I tried to test-print using the client's NAV's Cloud Client, but NAV is not able to find printer.
so here's what I did before I test-printed. Go to "Item Label Functions" > Go to Actino TAB > Clicked Printer Selection > Under Printer I selected the Printer > clicked OK > then I Clicked Test Print; this is where the error occurred.
I tried to conduct a windows test-print(from control panel) and we were able to print.
Is there anything else I need to do?
