How to add watermarks in nav 2013 RDLC report based on the condition

in NAV Three Tier
can anyone suggest how do we add watermarks in RDLC report . My requirement is if the PO is cancelled in the background of the report cancelled should be displayed plus in line if the Qty is Zero even there it should either strike out else cancelled should appear in background.

Please help me in executing this.
