Is it all usersor one user?

If it is one user you can try to delete the zupfile. It might be corupted.

This issue is computer specific, only in the case of one user. Already tried deleting the zup file and reinstalling the application.

16393 is English (India) so I would say the issue is the local region settings on that computer. Try setting to English (US) and see if it fixes the issue. If so then my quick guess is that you have a problem with the local windows install.

Confirm the format and system locale on the user’s machine from Regional and Language Options. You can do that by going to Control Panel> Regional and Language Options> Formats tab> "Current Format" and also Administrative Tab> "Language for non-Unicode programs"

The above have to be set to English (United States) if they are using the W1 version of Dynamics NAV.
