Import option data using start rapid services

in NAV Three Tier
It's a customize option data field. The records which doesn't have any blank space works fine but the ones which hasn't fails. I've tried to put the number or % but it doesn't work. What do I have to do to solve it?

    I'm doing it using excel and it's item table. It's an error in the validation process before entering the data in the table. I use the export and import from the page 8614

    PPGI SHEET isn't a valid option.\The valid options are ,HGI,...,PPGI SHEET,.....

    If I use HGI instead it works fine.

    I've solved it exporting one item which has this option and paste that field on the other excel. It's to be something related with excel format
