Problem with scheduling reports in NAV 2017

We have an issue where users are able to schedule reports without any error but nothing is executed. Everything looks correctly in the job queue entry but the job is never run and is just stuck in the Job queue entry. Any idea about where to look for errors?

Check in the NST configuration if Task Scheduler (NAV 2017 only) or NAS services are enabled, and configured.
You may need to add the account used to run the NST as a user to the database and configure its permissions. Look into Application Event Log on the box where the NST service is run, you may see access errors logged there.

It looks like this was fixed in CU11: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/4045671/cumulative-update-11-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2017-build-18609Cheers

Thanks for your answer.
I have found it. Seems to be a bug in NAV 2017. All our users belong to AD groups which are setup with different roles. All users are setup empty in the Users table and get all permissions from the groups they belong to.
In order to get the reports executed I need to add the same roles to the specific user. Not very convenient but then not that many users will schedule their reports.Navision developer0 -
