Adding Pages to Posted Document Menu in RTC

Hello,
We are using NAV 2016. I have the super user Permissions. When i open a particular profile under Configuration mode, I can see there are all the Pages on the Posted Documents. but when the user who is using that profile use NAv, only 2 Pages are shown.

any idea, where am i missing..

user might have done some personalizations etc.
did you try opening "customize navigation pane" and "restore defaults"?

I think you should check permissions of the user again. Maybe, there are some page which users aren't assigned correct permission to view page. You can try assign super permission for the user to check.
