  AFAIK those sessions are not available on demand. I may be wrong though, if you can't find it on youtube you should just dig through some blogs of people who were present.

  Thanks both I just watched the Source Code Management presentation which was interesting.
  
  Still searching for Directions Events Recap though .... I have searched blogs / youtube etc and there isn't anything I can see

  Not really true. NAV Techdays sessions are more technical (and longer so more deep dive) and less marketing!
