Production order Start time and End time is same when I run Refresh option

Dear Friends,
When my production order is run for REFRESH, the starting time and ending time showing same in Schedule tab.
Please help.

    Are you using routing and if so, did you set up appropriate calendars for the work center/machine center?

    I have set production calendar with 8am to 6pm work time and attached to work center

    Did you actually set the needed amount of time per individual step in your routing ? (-> Routing Lines) ?

    yes 8 hours for step

    Your screenshot shows the work shift hours but that's not the work center calendar. You need to calculate the calendar for the work center using the Planning menu option toward the bottom of the work center card.

    Also, make sure you select the appropriate capacity UOM I the drop down list when setting up work centers (100/hour, 100/batch etc)

    If the calendar and UOM was not properly setup, there would be an error. Lets begin with what you expected the system to do? You replan and want what to happen?

    Just on a sidenote, and I may be stupid, but shouldn't this be 08:00 - 18:00 then ?
