Send Word - Print Error

Hi,

Sended a page to Word, and i can see the value of fields, but when i go to print, the value of fields disappear and appear the field name..

Can you help? please

We had a similar issue when the Word document was generated through a Style Sheet. We found this workaround: when designing the Word document, and after the merge fields are added to a header/footer section, one needs to select all the fields and press Ctrl-F11. This will put a field-lock on the merge-fields, preventing them from being changed when the document is printed.
