Multi NAS Service for multi Company in NAV 2013 R2?

Do we still need multi NAS services for multi company in NAV 2013 R2? Which means
multi NAV Server instance, because nas service is include in NAV Server instance.
And does it mean we need multi users license for NAS service too?

I tried setup NAS in NAV Server instance, but unless I set "Service Default Company"
to a perticular company, otherwise the job queue does not start even I set "Start Automatically from NAS"
to true.

This is a basic question, but I can not find other posts about this.

    I got answer now.
    I need to add multi instance for multi company, but I do not need license for NAS since NAV 2013.

    By the way, seems multi user use same ID login to NAV 2013 R2, it only consume one license.

    Job queue already creates multiple nas (background sessions) instances for each company. So you don't need to setup multiple service tiers
