  I would personally ensure if the .NET Framework is correctly installed (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2010/05/13/10012778.aspx) and check that all NAV pre-requirements are installed (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301054(v=nav.71).aspx).

  Everything is correctly installed, .Net Framework 4.5 and all the rest software that is specified in System Requirements what is written here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library ... 71%29.aspx
  NAV is working, everything is OK, but sometimes computers are restarting, only when someone work NAV :x

  Is there any entry log in the Event Viewer of the pc useful to identify the cause?

  I have no access to the event viewer on the server, but I want to ask, could the problem be that the server is written with dns, not with his IP
  example
  [url=http://www.server.com:7046..]www.server.com:7046..[/url]. instead 190.160.1.1:7046 ...

  In this case I think the problem is strictly related to the client, so you could take a quick look at the pc's Event Viewer.
