Amount is 0 in customer ledger entries but has value in g l

Hi guys i have proplem

i have more entries in my dynamic nav 2009 r2 have 0 amount in customer ledger entries

and not any entries relation in details customer ledger entries

why this problem happen and how i solve

so that why amount in customer ledger entries is 0 and no detail ledger entries although

amount in g/l entry is 200000

but no entries related found in detaile ledger entries

no -20000 and +20000 found indetailes ledger entry table

another thing if your solution is true

how amount in general ledger different about amount in customer ledger entry

If you have no detail cust. ledger, then there must a customization that caused this. Contact your partner to look at the issue.

if you have detail cust. ledger, that are applied, then that entry is applied to an invoice or payment

Then I don't see anything wrong. Only thing I can see that's different is the Original amount is zero. Otherwise everything is fine.
